Role Overview:-
As an Underwriting Support Analyst, you will support underwriting and insurance operations, including policy administration, transaction management, data validation, reporting, and operational controls. You will work closely with underwriting and AUM teams to ensure accurate and timely processing of insurance activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Support day-to-day underwriting and insurance activities
- Assist with new business, renewals, and mid-term adjustments
- Review policy, risk, and transaction information for accuracy
- Maintain underwriting and policy administration records
- Prepare underwriting documentation, schedules, and trackers
- Support referrals, approvals, and operational queries
- Prepare regular operational reports and management information
- Monitor volumes, service levels, turnaround times, and outstanding activities
- Use Excel and Power BI to analyze and present business data
- Identify trends, exceptions, and recurring operational issues
- Collaborate with underwriting, operations, and AUM Insights teams
- Support process improvement, automation, and reporting initiatives
- Assist with testing and implementation of process or system changes
- Maintain procedures, business rules, and working instructions
Required Experience:-
- 6+ years of relevant experience in Underwriting / AUM
- Experience in insurance or underwriting support
- Understanding of insurance processes and terminology
- Experience with policy, premium, or risk-related information
- Knowledge of new business, renewals, and policy changes
- Experience working in process-driven environments
Preferred Experience:-
- Delegated underwriting experience
- Commercial insurance exposure
- Facilities experience
- Power BI reporting and dashboard experience
- Experience with automation and process improvement
