About the Role:-

Step into the Data & Analytics function to support the bank in decision-making processes. You will analyse and investigate financial transactions, identify potential risks, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard our clients and organisation with expertise and care.
You will design, develop, and maintain management reports and dashboards to provide timely, accurate, and insightful information that communicates key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends across business units.

Qualifications:-

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related fields

Required Skills:-

Strong experience in designing and developing reports and dashboards.
Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar data visualization tools.
Experience with Python for data analysis and automation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Business acumen and understanding of risk, controls, and regulatory compliance.
Strategic thinking and ability to advise stakeholders.
Effective communication skills, including the ability to convey complex information clearly.

Key Responsibilities:-

Design, develop, and maintain comprehensive reports and dashboards using SQL, Tableau, Python, or similar tools.
Implement automated report generation processes for improved efficiency and timeliness.
Identify and analyse business requirements to define report content and format.
Update existing reports and dashboards to reflect changing business needs.
Develop robust processes and controls for collating input data and obtaining necessary sign-offs.
Engage with stakeholders to ensure up-to-date data is incorporated into reporting.
Escalate breaches of policies or procedures appropriately and embed risk mitigation processes.
Advise and influence decision-making within your area of expertise.
Maintain and build understanding of how your sub-function integrates with other functions and the organisation as a whole.
Resolve problems using technical experience and precedents, and guide team members when required.
Act as a contact point for stakeholders both within and outside the function, building networks across the organisation.
