Role Overview:
As part of the Global HR Shared Services Center (HRSSC), you will support HR operations across multiple regions. The role focuses on managing employee data, documentation, onboarding processes, and ensuring compliance while working in a global, collaborative environment.
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in:
- Human Resources
- Business Administration
- Commerce
- Psychology
- Or any related field
Key Skills:
- HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management
- Documentation & Record Management
- MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- HR Tools (Workday or similar ERP – Preferred)
- Strong Communication Skills (English & Korean)
- Attention to Detail & Confidentiality
- Multitasking & Time Management
Language Requirement:
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Proficiency in Korean (mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Prepare and process employee documents (hiring, transfers, exits, promotions)
- Maintain and update employee records as per legal and company standards
- Support onboarding, background verification, and induction processes
- Handle employee documentation requests (letters, references, visa docs)
- Generate HR reports (employee data, milestones, distribution lists)
- Assist in internal audits and compliance documentation
- Coordinate with global HR teams across different time zones
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of employee data
