Role Overview:-
As a Corporate Finance Intern with EY-Parthenon, you will support global Corporate Finance teams on transaction and financial diligence engagements. You will analyze financial statements, evaluate business performance, identify key deal issues, and contribute to high-quality client deliverables.
Educational Requirements:-
- CA – Pursuing, with minimum 1 group cleared
- MBA / PGDM – Finance
- Post Graduate in Management – Finance
- Graduation with relevant finance background may be considered based on the role requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Conduct detailed analysis of financial statements and related schedules
- Prepare and analyze financial statements using information provided
- Analyze financial and operational performance of target companies
- Conduct analysis using accounting information and management interviews
- Prepare summaries of financial diligence findings
- Identify key deal issues that may impact purchase price or deal structure
- Support execution of financial diligence engagements
- Work closely with Engagement Managers, Senior Managers, and Partners
- Prepare high-quality client deliverables within defined timelines
- Review deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality standards
- Perform research and analysis related to valuation
- Prepare graphs, presentations, and financial analysis reports
- Communicate project updates, findings, and potential issues to project managers
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Exposure to statutory audit
- Experience with internal audit
- Financial statement preparation experience
- Basic understanding of valuation
- Project management skills
- Strong communication and presentation abilities
Experience Required:-
- 0–6 months of experience
- Freshers with relevant CA/MBA Finance qualifications can apply
- Prior exposure to audit or financial statement preparation is advantageous
