Role Overview:-
As a Financial Analysis Intern, you will support finance professionals across accounting, book close, direct and indirect tax compliance, governance, reporting, audit readiness, and finance transformation.
During this 12-month CA Industrial Training opportunity, you will gain practical exposure to enterprise finance operations, internal controls, analytics, reporting, stakeholder management, and AI-enabled finance solutions.
Educational Requirements:-
- Currently pursuing Chartered Accountancy (CA)
- Must be eligible for 12 months of Industrial Training as per applicable ICAI requirements

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Support GST returns, reconciliations, compliance tracking, and data validation
- Assist with GST refund activities and Invoice Management System (IMS) requirements
- Support finance governance, reporting, and documentation
- Assist with direct tax activities including tax audit reports and income tax return support
- Prepare financial and operational data for analysis
- Perform reconciliations, variance analysis, and trend analysis
- Support cash flow and working capital analysis
- Prepare management reports and dashboards
- Assist with audit readiness and assurance activities
- Maintain documentation and track audit information requests
- Coordinate with internal teams and external advisors
- Identify opportunities to simplify and automate finance processes
- Build analytics and automation solutions using Excel, SAP, Power BI, Power Query, Power Automate, and Copilot
- Present insights, risks, recommendations, and project outcomes to stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Articleship experience
- Practical exposure to direct or indirect tax
- Experience with GST returns and reconciliations
- Exposure to GST refunds and IMS
- Knowledge of tax audit and compliance reviews
- Exposure to statutory or internal audit
- Understanding of governance and process controls
- Interest in AI-driven finance transformation
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
