Role Overview:-
As a Management Trainee in the Record-to-Report function, you will handle key accounting processes including month-end closing, reporting, reconciliations, and financial statements preparation. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a strong career in finance and accounting.

- B.Com (Mandatory)
- CA Inter (Preferred)

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Perform month-end closing activities and reporting
- Prepare quarterly, annual, and statutory financial statements
- Review and post journal entries
- Conduct balance sheet reconciliations
- Handle intercompany transactions and processes
- Resolve accounting discrepancies and balancing items
- Support reporting and consolidation activities
Preferred Qualifications:-
- CA Inter with GL experience
- Strong knowledge of accounting concepts
- Experience in closing and reporting processes
