Minimum Qualifications:-

B.Com / M.Com degree.

Preferred Qualifications & Skills:-

Professional certifications such as CPA or CMA (advantageous).
2–5 years’ experience in general accounting and reconciliation roles.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.
Proficiency in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data analysis tools.
Experience with accounting software (QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Blackline).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:-

Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare journal entries and manage month-end/year-end close processes.
Conduct variance and flux analysis; review trial balances for discrepancies.
Generate and review financial statements for legal entities ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Define allocation drivers and complete standard journals for adjustments and allocations.
Manage Fixed Asset change requests; maintain Oracle Asset Management modules for additions, transfers, sales, and depreciation.
Prepare and validate Balance Sheet reconciliations.

Job Role:-

The Account Reconciliation Professional will manage core accounting activities, including financial record tracking, bank and customer account reconciliation, and preparation of balance sheets and profit-and-loss statements.
The role ensures accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
