Qualifications:-

Diploma/degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline.
Experience in facility engineering, building maintenance, or similar technical role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical equipment, and facility operational parameters.
Familiarity with preventive maintenance practices and safety standards.

Skills Required:-

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Ability to operate, monitor, and maintain engineering equipment effectively.
Attention to detail in recording operational and maintenance data.
Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
Proactive in identifying energy-saving opportunities.
Commitment to safety protocols and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities:-

Perform routine inspections of all engineering equipment and report any abnormalities.
Check and record all operating parameters of equipment, highlighting irregularities.
Monitor and record facility temperatures as per schedule.
Switch HVAC systems and lighting on/off as required.
Ensure no unnecessary equipment is operating.
Identify and report opportunities for energy or cost savings.
Record energy meter readings and maintain fuel storage stock records.
Attend technical complaints promptly and carry out rectification in line with approved work permits.
Perform in-house preventive maintenance activities in accordance with PM Planner and safety guidelines.
