Role Overview:-
As a Senior Analyst in the PWM Performance Team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of investment performance data. You will analyze performance discrepancies, investigate root causes, support Private Wealth Management teams, and contribute to risk management and process improvements.

- Analyze complex investment return discrepancies
- Perform detailed root cause investigations

- Partner with PWM Business teams to provide timely solutions
- Collaborate with Compliance, Technology, and Operations teams
- Ensure accurate performance reporting across platforms
- Support client web portals, PWM Desktop, and monthly statements
- Follow risk management and control frameworks
- Identify opportunities for process improvements
- Develop and strengthen operational controls
- Provide recommendations based on data analysis
Experience Requirements:-
- 1–2 years of experience in Operations, Finance, or analytical roles is preferred
- Experience in Private Wealth Management or Asset Management is an advantage
- Experience with data analysis and performance measurement is preferred
- Knowledge of financial risk and control frameworks is beneficial
