Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Conduct process discovery workshops to identify AI and automation opportunities
- Analyze and document As-Is and To-Be processes
- Identify processes suitable for RPA, AI, ML, GenAI, and Agentic AI
- Gather and document business, functional, and technical requirements
- Prepare BRDs, PDDs, SDDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Collaborate with architects and development teams
- Design solutions combining AI-powered decision-making with RPA
- Develop business cases and ROI models
- Define KPIs and business value frameworks
- Track automation performance and benefits realization
- Coordinate UAT, defect triage, and business sign-off
- Support Agile activities including sprint planning and backlog refinement
- Manage Jira tracking and project documentation
- Support change management and user adoption
- Drive process standardization and continuous improvement
- Ensure solutions meet governance and compliance requirements
