Job Role 1 : Software Developer

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 2-5 years of software development experience
• Expertise working with one more of the following languages: Java 
• Experience in developing tools and products using at least one scripting language – Ansible, Python, JavaScript, Typescript, Ruby, Rust, Swift, or Kotlin.
• Experience with test driven development and frameworks ( e.g. JUnit).
• Proficient in source control management tools (GitHub, Tekton, Jenkins) and with Agile Life Cycle
• Management tools
• Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills to analyze issues and defects reported by customers, customer-facing teams, and test teams
• Self-motivated to achieve goals
• Ability to innovate in the areas of Product Engineering
• Open to cross time zone collaboration
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to use conference and collaboration too

Preferred technical and professional experience: Exposure to Agile methodology

Job Role 2 : Process Delivery Specialist-Procure to Pay

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Required technical and professional expertise

• Commerce graduate with a focus on Accounts Payable  
• Ability to match invoices, identify errors, resolve exceptions, prioritize invoices, and reduce aging 
• Working knowledge of basic accounting and accounting principles  
• Proficient in addressing quires and taking follow-up actions 

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Proficient in MS Office applications 
• Self-directed and ambitious achiever 
• Meeting targets effectively 
• Skilled in thriving under deadlines and contributing to change management 
• Showcasing strong interpersonal teamwork

Your role and responsibilities:

As a Process Associate – Procure to Pay (P2P), you will be responsible for transaction processing in Accounts Payable and management of Vendor Accounts. You should be flexible to work in shifts.  
  
Your primary responsibilities include:  

• Coordinate all accounting activities associated with Procure to Pay 
• Recognize potential threats and suggest suitable actions 
• Adhere to SLAs and timelines 

Job Role 3 : Application Developer-RDBMS

Required Qualifications & Skills:

Required technical and professional expertise

• Strong knowledge and experience in database design, modelling and development using PL SQL. Minimum of 6 years.
• Proficiency with Oracle databases and tools, such as SQL Developer and Toad
• In-depth understanding of SQL tuning and optimization techniques
• Knowledge of database performance monitoring and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with ETL processes and data integration techniques and  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred technical and professional experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of agile software development practices is a plus
•  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field is preferred, but not required
