Qualifications:-
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- 1–3 years of professional experience, preferably with pharmaceutical data.
- Knowledge of business processes and industry marketplace.
- Familiarity with eConsent processes or similar document management systems is an advantage.

- Perform tiered quality control checks for accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Manage workloads using the task management system, adhering to queue standards.
- Prioritize tasks based on escalations and directions from trainers/managers.
- Collaborate with customer success, operations, and project management teams to update processes in real time.
- Conduct quarterly internal audits to ensure delivery quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Verify adaptability and functionality of documents/systems for eConsent sites.
- Act as an SME for eConsent, liaising with teams on content matters.
- Provide and manage consent access for sponsors, sites, and study teams.
- Conduct quarterly user access reviews for documentation accuracy.
- Suggest process improvements to enhance delivery timelines and quality.
