Role Overview:-
As a Techno-Functional Intern in IT Operations, you will support Itron’s global IT organization in providing technical and functional assistance to internal users. The role focuses on Oracle SQL/PLSQL, Oracle E-Business Suite, IT infrastructure support, troubleshooting, and customer service.
Educational Requirements:-
- B.E / B.Tech
- MCA
- Equivalent degree from a recognized university

Roles & Responsibilities:-
- Provide technical support to internal users and customers
- Respond to functional assistance requests related to Oracle EBS
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues
- Monitor incidents and service requests from start to resolution
- Record and categorize reported issues
- Provide timely updates on incidents and changes
- Assist Help Desk teams with technology support
- Support software installation and equipment deployment
- Maintain equipment inventory information
- Troubleshoot issues using Oracle Support
- Open service requests with Oracle for critical issues when required
- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate support teams
- Provide basic online security support and guidance
- Maintain records of incidents, service requests, problems, and changes
- Deliver customer support through multiple channels
