Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in any business or programming related courses
- Minimum of 2-3 years working experience in analytics reporting & dashboard development
- Must have intermediate to Advanced Excel skills.
- Has experience working with relational databases such as MS Access
- Understands both front end and back-end systems
- Has excellent communication skills
- With SQL knowledge and experience in working BI tools such as Power Bi, QlikView and Tableau
- Ability to work independently and effectively without close supervision.
- Preferably with experience working in an insurance industry
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Works closely with AIG client based in Australia on a day-to-day basis
- Build reports from scratch based on business requirements
- Prepares monthly Reports/ Regular KPI Reports for APAC Regional Managements and Client Broker and Engagement, utilizing QlikView, Salesforce, EMIS & MS Excel
- Prepares Reports and decks being used by management for various Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), both internal and external (QBRs with global brokers)
- Supply budget driver and other data inputs to Finance to assist completion of regional QBR results and presentations
- Supply data and generate presentation-ready formats for Business Units as needed QBR contributions or QBRs with global brokers
