Job Summary
UST is seeking a skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer with 4 to 5 years of experience in data visualization and analytics. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS QuickSight (or Quick Suite) and a solid understanding of AWS services. Candidates with experience in Power BI or Tableau who are willing to cross-train on Quick Sight are also encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using AWS Quick Sight
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable insights
- Build and optimize data models and datasets for reporting and analytics
- Integrate data from multiple sources including AWS services (e.g., S3, Redshift, RDS)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance of BI solutions
- Implement best practices for data visualization, usability, and storytelling
- Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities
- Support and enhance existing BI solutions and reporting systems
- Participate in cross-training and upskilling initiatives, especially transitioning from Power BI/Tableau to QuickSight
