Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Graduate degree or equivalent experience
- Experience building end-to-end ML pipelines (data → model → deployment)
- Experience in domain-specific applications such as healthcare, customer service, or automation
- Knowledge of MLOps practices (CI/CD, model monitoring, versioning)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Understanding of Responsible AI principles, including fairness, bias mitigation, and model explainability
- Proven exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, or deep learning techniques
Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions in production environments
- Work with large datasets, including data cleaning, preprocessing, and feature engineering
- Implement machine learning algorithms using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar tools
- Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to integrate AI capabilities into applications and systems
- Monitor, evaluate, and optimize models for accuracy, scalability, and performance
- Apply AI techniques such as NLP, computer vision, or deep learning based on business use cases
- Document experiments, model configurations, and deployment processes
- Communicate technical findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and structured manner
- Stay up to date with emerging AI/ML trends including Generative AI and Large Language Models
