Qualifications
For Business Analyst Support, Last Mile ACES:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications: 1+ years of manufacturing or customer-facing environment experience
Some of the key result areas include, but not limited to:
- Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions. Ensure data accuracy by validating data for new and resources.
- Work closely with stakeholders (internal/external) to understand and automate/enhance existing processes
- Should be open to learn and develop skillsets in the latest technologies and analytical techniques
- Should understand how data/analytical frameworks and their work translate to business on ground
- Should be able to come up with innovative ideas for new work or to improve existing work
For Program Analyst, LM ACES:
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Speak, write, and read fluently in English
- Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of basic coding to pull required data for analysis from data tables.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- The person will be responsible for managing charters under LM ACES. He/She will also work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for defect elimination and streamlining of processes.
- The job requires a person who is good in excel, has good analytical skills to analyze data and check for scope to keep raising the bar. The person should also have good oral/written communication skills.
- The person will be responsible for managing/supporting different charters in IN LM ACES , work with stakeholder teams to identify opportunities for automation and streamlining of processes.
