Job Description & Responsibilities:
The individual in this role will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, guiding developers, providing production support, conduction root cause analysis and solving abstract problems in a fast paced environment. The individual will also be responsible for overlaying sales and marketing strategic needs with analytics and machine learning workstreams. This individual will work closely with partners across teams such as commercial sales and marketing, analytics and machine learning, American Express Technology and others.
- Use SQL to extract, manipulate and analyze large datasets to derive actionable insights and support decision making processes.
- Provide product management expertise, collaborating with developers to guide the design and implementation of products and solutions.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to address business challenges and develop innovative solutions.
- Navigate ambiguity and tackle complex, abstract problems with creativity and analytical rigor.
- Communicate findings, product requirements and technical guidance effectively to stakeholder across levels.
