Qualifications

To be successful as a Software, you should have experience with:

• You aspire to deliver the principles of clean coding on Java and Java based frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring AI.
• You have knowledge with development of RESTful web services, Spring Batch, Microservices Architecture.
• You have excellent working experience in latest Java versions – JDK, 17, 21.
• You have an understanding of Microservice design patterns
• Good hands-on designing and development using SOLID Design principles.
• You have an understand of Enterprise Container Platforms, Openshift, AWS etc.
• You have knowledge on modern database technologies like MongoDB.
• Understanding of JIRA and Confluence process
• You have knowledge on testing frameworks such as Junit, Mockito, Cucumber.
• You have understanding of SCM, packaging and build tools – GIT, Gitlab and Gradle.
• You have knowledge of Test Driven, behavior driven development, with a passion for test automation.

• Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing.
• Stay informed of industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of technical excellence and growth.
• Adherence to secure coding practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and ensure secure software solutions.
• Implementation of effective unit testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and reliability.
