Qualifications
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Finance, Economics or Business
- 0-2 years of relevant work experience in a fast-paced business
- Proficiency in using core financial tools (e.g. advanced Excel, SAP Business Objects, Alteryx, Tableau) and PowerPoint
- Experience in professional services environment is a plus
Main responsibilities include:
- Working as a team member of the BCG X Delivery Finance team in India, being a point-of contact for some of our BCG X leaders and other stakeholders managing our global X Delivery business units and X Build AP hubs, providing advice in financial matters and being the liaison between stakeholders and broader BCG X Finance team in the region and globally
- Financial analysis and reporting business results, having an up-to-date view on business performance and outlook vs financial plan
- Pipeline management support for BCG X leaders, facilitation of pipeline monitoring and related reporting, validation of wins and assessment of impact on business outlook
- Contribution to the annual financial planning as part of the BCG X Delivery Finance team
- Management of risk exposure across our project portfolio in close collaboration with BCG and BCG X Finance teams
- Supporting the broader BCG X Delivery Finance team with various finance ops matters
