Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, as an Associate, Services Business Analyst, you will develop, implement, report, and provide insight into strategic and operational metrics needed by the Global Customer Care team.
- Build dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate insights to stakeholders
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can drive business decision-making.
- Perform statistical analysis and data modeling.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements.
- Ability to understand the underlying business functions and combine analytical efforts with organizational goals and objectives.
- Document data models, processes, and analytical methodologies.
