Job Description and Responsibilities
As an Analyst, Seeking an experienced analytics candidate who should be able to perform below behaviors in their day-to-day role:
- Data Manipulation: Incumbents work with large and complex data sets (both internal and external data) to evaluate, recommend, and support the implementation of business strategies
- Familiarity with Tools: Identifies and compiles data sets using a variety of tools (e.g. SQL, Access) to help predict, improve, and measure the success of key business to business outcomes
- Statistical mind set – Familiarity in basic statistics, hypothesis testing, segmentation, and predictive modeling.
- Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholders across various functions and regions.
Skills Required
- Presentation & Visualization: Knowledge of data visualization techniques to design effective presentations
- Teamwork: Effectively contribute and add value to cross functional initiatives. Seek to learn from other areas within the site to improve analytic approaches for the team.
