Core Responsibilities:

• Executes the strategic vision of the functional systems and technology department and answers initial functional systems and technology related correspondence proposed by employees at all levels of the organization in a timely fashion and re-directs correspondence to appropriate department member(s) as necessary.
• Assists in the entry, maintenance, review and audit of all organizational data housed in the system.
• Maintains accuracy of employee data by analyzing and entering organizational data and other pertinent information changes into the systems. Ensures proper organizational links with cost centers, position numbers etc.
• May interface with other Centers of Excellence (COE).
• Assists in all technical projects related to data integrity and system workflow.
• Provides assistance in the execution of design, testing, deployment and training phases for internal/external customers.
• Utilizes awareness of new enhancement packages, competitive applications and products to raise team awareness and increase product knowledge.
• Works with quality assurance team to determine all necessary testing is accounted and documented.
• Provides feedback regarding best possible user experience for application users.
• Provides administrative support to the functional systems and technology department as needed.
• Provides special reports and analyses to support the business.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
