Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for storytelling and simplifying complex concepts ability to work across teams.
• Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• MBA or equivalent degree from a recognized B-School or institute, with no history of academic backlogs.
• Not mandatory but previous work experience in data, analytics or AI projects or has done capstone projects would be a plus
• Any data and AI certifications or live projects done would be a plus
• 2+ years of relevant experience will be an advantage.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Looking for young, highly motivated business analysts with a critical thinking mindset to join our Enterprise Transformation Office. As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in identifying, improving and developing Digital solutions that drive strategic goals of organization and Clients.

• Ability to drive process analysis, opportunity assessment and stakeholder communication, workshops and meetings
• Business analysis covering but not limited to capability assessment /business process analysis /financial analysis/ feasibility analysis
• Elicit requirements, identify solution and delivery defined functional specification documents including Business process mapping/modelling and BRDs.
• Ensure requirements are communicated and tracked correctly to development and testing teams
• Liaise between Business and Technology teams effectively and develop meaningful relationships through collaboration with stakeholders
• Support in form of Research, Analytics and data gathering activities
• Maintain and update a repository of standard proposal contents & templates.
• Support and assist in the development of Marketing/Product/Capability collaterals.
