Qualifications
Qualifications Required:
- 2-4 Years of experience in HR
- MBA HR or graduates with prior experience in Talent or related business processes
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications especially, Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in working on cloud-based applications like SAP HR, HCM, Success Factor or other applications in HR/Talent
- Experience working in HRSS department of a multinational company
- Relevant experience in business process reengineering, quality controls

Roles & Responsibilities:
As an ELE Data Management professional, you will support the administration of Talent activities of employees. Not only will you work independently, but you’ll also collaborate and work with virtual teams. Your other responsibilities will include:
- Processing employee data transactions in Success Factors
- Performing ongoing validation, reconciliation and audit of employee data and data management processes, implementing data governance framework.
- Responsible for day-to-day administration of all Data change or correction requests.
- Partner closely with various teams and other internal clients in handling employee related issues.
- Maintain high level of accuracy on all transactions/reporting/Analysis
- Create and append process SOP’s
