Technical Skill Set:
- Experience working on Data Analytics and Visualization tools such as Tableau and Power BI
- Knowledge of R/Python would be highly beneficial: Basic understanding of these statistical/analytical programming skills is necessary.
- Familiar with visual design and best practices of UI/UX, reports and dashboards and scorecards
- Sound understanding of excel basic and advanced functions
- Understanding of agile software development practices and release of software products
- Knowledge in statistics and machine learning would be highly beneficial: The candidate should have a strong developed mentality with a focus on measuring and metrics
- Knowledge of Quality processes & Dashboard Testing processes

Job Description & Responsibilities:
Global Tools Delivery Center: Data Analytics –Analyst is responsible for developing data visualization dashboards and advanced reports using any of the leading visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik and Alteryx. Analyst will require to have data analysis skills using excel.
Incumbent will be responsible for coordinating, gathering and analyzing existing best practices and templates to develop cutting edge and data-driven insightful dashboards. Analyst will also be responsible for developing and supporting new design thinking process and related concepts in context of dashboard development.
Key responsibilities:
- Prepare dashboards using data visualization and data wrangling tools
- Applies development framework, guidelines and standards to tools and ensure integrity and consistency
- Builds and promotes a global culture under constantly changing conditions and tight deadlines
- Actively contributes ideas to develop solutions, consult others as appropriate
- Understands and assists in data analysis process, dashboard development and continuous improvement
- Provides improvement recommendations for process guidelines and frameworks to enable consistency across projects
Additional responsibilities will include:
- Using Deloitte standards and templates
- Executing internal testing and user acceptance process
- Developing and maintaining internal project documentation
