Job Description & Responsibilities:
An IT Helpdesk Engineer is responsible for helping assist internal employees with any and all of this technical assistance ranging from hardware and software.
- Technical support of end user hardware and software.
- Support of conference room systems and associated hardware.
- Educating users on our IT processes and procedures.
- Data custodian of IT Service ticket data: Categories, priorities, resolution details, etc.
- IT Equipment storage room organization.
