Qualifications

Key Competencies:
- Finance or related background
- Experience analyzing large data sets to produce clear, insightful, and concise executive level reports
- Exposure and experience using Jupiter either in client service or internal facing roles / exposure to CRM technology
- Experience in financial modeling or data science desired, but not required
- Advanced level of expertise in MS Excel (expertise with pivots, v-lookups, advanced formulas, etc.); Ability to write and edit Macros is an advantage
- Experience with visualization tools like Tableau is desired, but not required
- Experience with Java Script & HTML is desired, but not required
- Extremely strong verbal and written English communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of pursuit and overall sales process

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide meaningful, actionable insights and offer advice & recommendations on historic and future sales and pipeline performance
- Support the Network Sales Excellence leaders standard reporting and insights needs
- Analyze period sales and pipeline performance, trends, and findings; identify and discuss trends with SM lead and SE Leadership team
- Assist in the creation and preparation of Insight Packs, by researching relevant learnings and insights from win/loss debrief database, sector/account deep dives, and competitor intel.
- Implement and support continuous improvements to the Pursuit Lifecycle operations processes.
- Lead Operational Activities for Pursuit Lifecycle Opportunities: reporting, operational support of Tigers, Core team and SELs as needed.
- Support training materials updates based on business needs to continue educating our PMDs & SMs on the pursuit lifecycle process
- Drive analysis on Metrics to measure the value of process activities
- Support PL special project by collaborating with Core Team members and SELs
- Ad hoc support of Pursuit Lifecycle SEL and Tiger Team activities
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Comfortable communicating to audiences at various levels (e.g., staff through leadership)
- Learn and support team with the standardized reports and process
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and address challenges quickly and effectively

Skills Required
The S&PE team is seeking to enhance their reporting, analytics and insight capabilities by leveraging Jupiter, our CRM tool. The role supports leadership by providing reporting, analysis and insights around sales and pipeline performance. This role will interface with the SM lead for Jupiter, Analytics and Insights (US) and a variety of business leaders across the Commercial office, Finance, and Industries and Offering Portfolios.
Sales Excellence is looking for employees In US India, interested in supporting Deloitte Consulting’s Commercial SE strategy. This position will be based across the locations
This position needs long term commitments. Options to grow will be provided as the SE team expands.
This position requires working during the hours of 2pm IST to 11pm IST
