Role Description
- Business Management plays a pivotal role in formulating strategy and overseeing planning activities to ensure that business operations are closely aligned with the bank’s overarching mission and objectives.
- A key component of this function is FTE and Headcount Management, which serves as an indispensable reference for Chief Operating Officers (COO). This resource offers thought-provoking analysis and a fresh perspective, providing valuable guidance on critical areas that significantly influence organisational effectiveness.
- Covering essential topics such as Resource Management, analytical frameworks, and governance, it offers in-depth insights into the fundamental pillars of business and the primary drivers of value.
Your key responsibilities
As a member in the PB COO Central Team:
- Deliver comprehensive insights into PB COO business operations by providing regular support on Full-Time Equivalent (FTE) and Headcount (HC) related matters.
- Assist with navigator tasks and actively contribute to initiatives led by the PB supervision team.
- Execute organisational updates and manage the creation of job requests within the Workday platform.
- Collaborate with various teams to obtain necessary approvals for changes in Workday or for job requests.
- Conduct detailed tracking of FTE on a line-by-line basis, develop forecasts, and review FTE dashboards, including offering commentary and analysis.
- Provide support in the creation of job requests and facilitate the onboarding process for the PB Target Operating Model (TOM) project.
