Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (B.Tech, BE, MCA, M.Tech, MSc)
- Experience in software development through internships, projects, or academic work
- Basic knowledge of Java, Python, or another object-oriented programming language
- Basic knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control (Git), and Agile methodologies
- Understanding of REST APIs, database concepts, and SQL
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, or Node.js
- Demonstrated solid problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills
- Demonstrated excellent communication, collaboration, and learning agility
Preferred Qualifications:
- Healthcare domain knowledge
- Exposure to cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP), microservices, CI/CD tools, and AI-enabled application development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain front-end applications using modern web technologies such as React, Angular, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Build and support back-end services and REST APIs using Java, Spring Boot, Python, or Node.js under the guidance of senior engineers
- Participate in application design discussions and technical reviews
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following engineering standards and best practices
- Perform unit testing, support defect resolution, and collaborate with QA teams to ensure product quality
- Work with databases and write basic SQL queries to support application functionality
- Learn and utilize CI/CD pipelines, source control tools, and cloud technologies to support software deployment and operations
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation by streamlining workflows and automating repetitive tasks. Evaluate emerging trends to drive continuous improvement and strategic innovation
