Qualifications
What you’ll need:
- Graduation in Engineering, Maths or Statistics from an institute of repute. MBA would be an added advantage.
- 1-3 years of experience involved in business analytics and project management.
- Experience in performing exploratory data analysis and ability to identify critical features to build a strong analytics foundation/data base
- Practical experience leveraging AI, GenAI, and advanced analytics to create actionable fact bases from unstructured data; large-scale automation of categorization, sentiment analysis, and insight extraction a strong plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office expertise – Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Demonstrable experience with SQL databases is a must.
- Demonstrable experience with Python is a must.
- Understanding of basic Machine learning techniques, leveraging AI at scale, and prediction modeling would be nice to have
- Deep analytical thinker with experience in deriving business insights from data analytics
- Detail-oriented with high personal standard for quality and accuracy along with a strategic mindset to interpret and bring out the ‘so what’ from data
- Strong collaboration skills; Be a self-starter who can make progress with minimal direction on open-ended problem statements

What you’ll do:
- Work with senior stakeholders on a diverse set of problem statements and drive analytics execution
- Leverage AI and other data analytics tools to analyze unstructured or structured data for actionable insights, and recommendations to drive up Gartner retention and CV
- Define right metric and measures to track progress, identify data sources and develop methodologies to provide visibility on Strategic Programs to senior leaders
- Be the subject matter expert for quantitative problem solving covering strategic priorities
- Perform descriptive analysis, proof-of-concept curation, and work with leads and project managers to ensure effective prioritization
- Deliver on and support cross-functional projects that drive strategic priorities across services & delivery
- Work with leads and project managers to ensure the right stakeholders and teams are involved at the right stage
- Measure and track success of projects by working with cross-functional teams across L&D, Comms, Ops, etc
- Drive transparency and clear communication across projects
- Synthesize inputs, constraints and expected outcomes across teams to inform strategic decision making
