Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Physics, Biology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
• Typically 3-5 years of experience – it may include also graduate or postgraduate research.
• Experience with R and Python for data manipulation, visualization and statistical model development.
• Familiarity with data science web application frameworks such as Shiny, Streamlit and/or React.
• Effective utilization of distributed cloud-computing data science platforms.
• Ability to create compelling stories with data to describe and communicate data insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.

What you will be doing:

• Works with project team to understand problem statements, initiatives, and direction.
• Builds statistical models to evaluate the impact of marketing activities for HP.
• Stays up to date with technology and trend shifts.
• Collaborates and communicates with project team regarding project progress and proactively identifies solutions to issues.

Scope & impact:

• Collaborates with project team and lead Data Scientists.
• Typically partners with high-level Individual Contributors and Managers.
• Supports projects requiring data engineering solutions expertise.
