Qualifications

• PC knowledge at the confident user leveL
• Google products knowledge: Google Sheets, Google Docs)
• Grammatically correct in written and verbal
• Competent verbal and written communication.
• Hindi & English language speaker
• Typing skills (min. 100 words per minute)
• Communication: demonstrates the ability to convey information, thoughts, ideas, and emotions effectively and clearly to others. It involves both verbal and non-verbal forms of expression, including speaking, listening, writing
• Collaboration: demonstrates strong interpersonal and intrapersonal qualities and competencies which leverage to collectively solve a problem or make progress toward a common goal

• analysis of client requests (chat, email);
