Qualifications

• 1-2 years of professional experience in software engineering, ideally building distributed backend systems or large-scale production services.
• Advanced coding skills across multiple programming languages, tools, and frameworks, with the ability to write clean, efficient, and maintainable code such as backend services using salesforce, node, python, with a strong understanding of clean architecture and scalable design patterns.
• Experience with microservices architecture and designing distributed systems that communicate through event streaming technologies such as Kafka.
• Practical experience working with modern data platforms and data-intensive systems.
• Basic but practical hands-on experience with salesforce, node, python, enough to contribute to frontend features or backend applications.
• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including containerization best practices and deployment in cloud or hybrid environments.
• Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, AWS, or similar) and strong experience with automated testing and DevOps principles.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, including the capacity to quickly understand complex challenges, analyze them, and develop effective, high-quality solutions.
• Strong ownership mindset and the ability to collaborate effectively in an agile, cross-functional engineering environment.
