Qualifications
Job Role 1 : Sr Engineer, ATCQ Engineering Program Management & Integration
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor in any Engineering or Science (Data Analysis/ Statistics) related discipline
- Experiences in Technology/ IT project Management
- Experiences in high technology or semiconductor industry (good-to-have)
- Experiences working across time zones in multi-functional global teams
Drive strategic & quality engineering programs to establish plans, milestones and priorities and ensure regular communications / updates to stakeholders. Anticipate risks and roadblocks, manage program prioritization, timelines, and balance business needs versus technical / operational constraints.
You also need to be able to define quantifiable and qualitative measurement to evaluate effectiveness and efficiencies of the key programs, establish system and processes, drive and monitor the programs for successful closure

Job Role 2 : Senior Test Solutions Engineer
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree or equivalent experience in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or any related engineering field
- Good programming skills: C/C++ knowledge will be an added advantage.
- Solid analytical problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good understanding of semiconductor device physics will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Unix/Linux environment will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Design new test programs for 1st silicon validation of new product/technology startup which provides very significant feedback for the appropriate groups responsible in refining the devices’ quality and performance.
- Develop and maintain test programs of Micron DRAM products to cater to customers’ specifications, device performance characterization needs and analysis of customer returns.
- Optimize test programs by applying more efficient testing methods to reduce product test times and manufacturing cost.

Skills Required
Job Role 3 : Test Solutions Engineer
Education and Experience Required:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Engineering or any related engineering field
