Qualifications

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Computer Science Engineering

Qualification:

• Strong proficiency in React, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern frontend frameworks.
• Experience with backend technologies such as Node.js, Python, Java and REST API development.
• Familiarity with version control (Git), CI/CD pipelines.

Good-to-Have

• Hands-on experience in AI/ML frameworks and GenAI tools.
• Knowledge of model training, fine-tuning, and deployment in cloud or on-prem environments.

Roles & responsibilities can include but are not limited to:

• Frontend Development
  • Build responsive, high-performance web applications using React, HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
  • Implement reusable components and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
• Backend Development
  • Design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices using Node.js, Python, or similar technologies.
  • Exposure to Micro-Services, Spring Boot, JDBC/SQL and REST API
  • Hands-on experience with SQL server or PostgreSQL
  • Knowledge on any No-SQL DB.
  • Integrate backend systems with AI/ML pipelines and data sources.
• AI/ML & GenAI Integration
  • Develop and train machine learning and deep learning models for predictive analytics and intelligent automation.
  • Implement Generative AI solutions for content generation, personalization, and advanced user interactions.
  • Optimize models for performance and scalability in production environments.
• Collaboration & Best Practices
  • Work closely with team members, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
