The Associate Analyst – Inflight Scheduling Performance and Analysis will support the Inflight Resource Planning and Scheduling teams by gathering data and conducting analyses related to Inflight Crew Staffing and Operations Performance.

  • Support Inflight leadership with analytics and reporting on day-to-day as well as monthly functions; perform ad hoc data mining and analysis
  • Automate existing manual reports and processes to improve department throughput
  • Support activities related to ops performance and resource management for flight attendants
  • Build visual presentations, dashboards, tools and reports for Inflight leadership, frontline management, and individual business teams throughout the organization.
