Qualifications
Requirements:

- 0-2 + years of product management or business analysis experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and planning skills, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable product requirements.
- Experience with Agile software development and technical acumen is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of and passion for investments, including stocks, indexes, funds and ETFs is preferred.
- Self-directed and detail oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Support the execution of the technology roadmap from requirements elicitation through execution of the complete software development lifecycle working with development squads dedicated to architecting and implementing enhancements to the Morningstar Index technology platform.
- ·Utilize investment acumen and industry knowledge to lead data analysis efforts, identifying trends, patterns, or anomalies to inform the technology roadmap and requirements process. Present data analysis insights on dashboards to aid functional teams in prioritization.
- Collaborate closely with the lead product owner and engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features and enhancements.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency gains and cost savings by analyzing business processes and workflows.
- Develop and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics of product success related to platform performance to inform the prioritization process.
- Prepare and deliver findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Support the engineering squads within the Agile software development framework
