Qualifications

• Required Education: Graduation
• Create and maintain documentation of asset management processes, policies, and procedures

Job Description & Responsibilities:-

• Act as an interface between requestors and procurement function to support orders.
• Gating of purchase requisitions as per set rules, ensuring compliance to purchasing processes.
• Raise Purchase requisitions against CAPEX/OPEX spend and book it to corresponding cost centers
• Manage & resolve BAU issues and queries as per SLA
• Collaborate with procurement team to support on quotes/negotiation  and any other purchasing-related activities
• Able to handle queries from supplier & business in the course of Purchase requisitions
• Create & Manage webforms, catalogues and punch-outs in tools & drive to improve buying channels
• Builds, maintain and extend a sustainable relationship within Procurement, Suppliers & Users
• Review, analyze and interpret data related to purchasing & drive global KPI improvement
• Exposure in managing local and global Stakeholders
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their IT asset management needs and objectives.
• Document and analyze business requirements, workflows, and processes.
• Collect and analyze data related to IT asset inventory, procurement, deployment, and retirement.
• Identify trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement in asset data.
