Role Details:
- Develop in-depth understanding Business Program nuances and credit policy rules
- Identify cohorts to enhance the top-line and increase funnel conversion
- Good understanding of credit risk policies to optimize eligibility and up-take rates
- Continuous analysis on portfolio management and TTD mix
- Establish and refine acquisition and customer management strategies specifically tailored for our merchant lending business
- Collaborate across Business, Data Science, Product, and Technology teams to create customer-centric solutions that enable prudent scaling
- Work with Senior management and C-suite executives to drive customer acquisition strategies and optimize the portfolio mix
- Champion a culture of proactive portfolio and funnel management
