Qualifications
What you’ll need
- Fluency in English
- 2+ years of experience working with IT systems, networks, and related technologies (macOS, Chrome, Google Workspace, Ticket management via Jira/Atlassian or similar, hardware experience)
- Endpoint devices management and incident management experience
- Vendor management experience (outsourcing)
- Knowledge of best practices in IT administration and system security
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience with technical support for Slack
- Experience working with Jira
What you’ll be doing
- Solving IT requests on a daily basis and ensuring all tickets are closed within SLAs
- Resolving emergency or unplanned support activities (fixing meeting room hardware, helping users with urgent laptop issues, etc.)
- Supporting new hires through configuring and provisioning laptops, initial IT set up, solving issues, etc.
- Retrieving exiting employees’ hardware and managing the hardware lifecycle to decommission or reuse it
- Managing any Revolut owned technology, including both office and remote hardware
- Identifying improvement opportunities and supporting the Tech Services team with technology or process implementation
