Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance/Commerce.
• Knowledge of all processes/workflows in the BD Operations Team.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills (ability to communicate with clients via phone/email).
• Positive attitude with qualities of a team player.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box.
• Ability to take ownership and execute tasks independently.
• Willing to work in rotational shift including night shift.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Investment Management Firms.
• Familiarity with Excel and SQL.
• Experience in conducting web research to extract information from government-affiliated sources or firm websites. Understanding of financial services and related terminology is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency of data through audits adhering to quality standards set for all the workflows.
• Analyse, question, and manipulate data according to defined business rules and procedures.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues, ensuring data quality objectives are met.
• Work with the data research team to train and correct quality errors.
• Develop process improvements to enhance overall data quality.
• Develop and execute data cleanup measures.
• Determine root causes for data quality errors.
• Assess business impact levels for data quality issues and make recommendations for long-term solutions.
• Research and determine the scope and complexity of issues to identify steps for resolution.
• Identify areas for improvement to achieve data quality.
• Be proactive in team meetings, mentorship roles, and knowledge sharing.
