- Identify data profiling requirements from change initiatives and impacts to CIB Data
- Maintenance and upkeep of relevant process documents including but not limited to library of data quality rules, data education, data communication, and data reference materials.
People & Talent :
- Demonstrated knowledge of data analysis skills using Alteryx, Dataiku, or Informatica
- Demonstrated knowledge of data visualization in Tableau or similar
- Experience working with large data sets and relational databases
- Knowledge in SQL and/or other data query skills
- Knowledge of data quality management will be added plus
- Experience in banking / financial institution preferred
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills; able to break down complex problems to identify core requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present to various stakeholder groups
- Ability to work effectively as a self-starter with self-motivation, as well as good organisation skills, and ensure deadlines are met.

Job Summary:
- CIB Data Management Data is a function that sits within Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) COO organisation and is responsible for the data management activities within Client Coverage, Financial Markets and Credit Portfolio Management.
- The role of the Data Design Analyst is to primarily support the Data team around data management and change management activities such as oversight of data profiling design, development, and release, put together reference guide and training materials, conduct data training to the relevant audience, and data communication strategy and content.

Strategy
Understand the following;
- Group Data Management Standards and all other policies/standards related to data
- CIB Data’s vision and strategy and how it supports it’s strategic goals
- CIB Business Plan and its strategic goals and enablers
Ensure the following;
- All changes are in line with the Group Data Management Standards and other relevant data related policies/standards
- All design aspects of the change are fit for purpose, aligned to CIB Data Standards and Principles, and ultimately achieve the required business goals
- Adherence to the relevant CIB procedures
Business:
- Be the primary point of contact for data profiling, data communication and data education related enquiries / requirement
- Provide stakeholders guidance and support on all matters related to CIB Data Management
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand dependencies (inbound and outbound)
- Understand the capabilities and services within CIB Data, including the applications, tools, and processes for each capability
Key stakeholders:
- Head of CIB Data
- Head of Client Coverage, Financial Markets and Credit Portfolio Management Data
- Data Domain Owners
- Change communities such as product owner, business/data analyst, etc.
- Client Coverage Global Process Owners & delegates
- Transformation, Technology and Operations Business Management team
- Data Profiling team
- Client Coverage COO Communication team
Other Responsibilities:
- Embed Here for good and Group’s brand and values in Singapore CIB Data Team; Perform other responsibilities assigned under Group, Country, Business or Functional policies and procedures; Multiple functions (double hats);
- Support the Data Strategy, Design and Architecture (DDSA) team in maintenance of collaboration tool such as the Data Bridge Page, MS Planner and SharePoint
- Support the DDSA team in production and distribution of relevant contents
