Qualifications
Academic Qualifications:
- Any degree (regular).
- 2018 to 2023 graduates with a minimum of 60% in all academics
- HSC is mandatory.
- No gaps of any kind.
Experience: 0-5 years of experience in relevant field.
Skills Required:
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse workforce.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Flexibility to handle emergency situations or unexpected issues outside regular working hours.
- Demonstrated flexibility and readiness to work in different branches of the organization located in Chennai.
- Be willing to work in shifts as per the operational requirements of the organization.
- Be available to work on Saturdays as per the operational needs of the organization.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software
Skills Required
Roles and Responsibilities:-
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of all facilities, ensuring their proper functioning, maintenance, and cleanliness.
- Manage and supervise a team of facility staff, including technicians, maintenance personnel, and support staff, providing leadership, guidance, and training as needed.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs, safety hazards, and areas for improvement. Develop and implement corrective actions as required.
- Coordinate and manage facility projects, including renovations, expansions, and relocations, from planning to execution, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable safety, health, and environmental regulations.
- Well informed about industry best practices, emerging trends, and technological advancements in facilities management, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff to assign tasks and monitor their execution.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess the cleanliness and maintenance standards and take necessary actions to address any deficiencies.
- Updating of facilities checklist, records and scheduling and managing the operations according to weekly, fortnightly and monthly are must.
- Schedule and coordinate routine maintenance, repairs, and inspections for building systems and equipment, such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and security systems and Exposure to HT connections is an added advantage.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of facility assets.
