Qualifications
Specialization to be selected from:
- Should be a B.E / B.Tech graduate of 2023 in the following specified discipline. Mechanical/ Electrical/ Electronics/ Instrumentation/ Automobile / Computer / IT / etc
- 12 to 24 months of industry experience and a passion for automotive innovation, you maybe the perfect fit!
Eligibility Criteria:
- Candidates who have completed their B.Tech / BE. In 2023 from any AICTE approved colleges / Universities.
- Minimum 60% marks in SSC & above without any gap/year-drop.
- Currently in 1st job post B.E. / B.Tech. Candidates with multiple job-changes will not be eligible.
- Minimum 12 months of formal experience is mandatory for being eligible to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
- To gain in-depth understanding of products and operations and be responsible for operational processes and enable end-to-end seamless execution of day to day activities in any one of the areas viz. Engineering, Manufacturing operations, Product Development, Purchase & Supply Chain Management
- Project Support: Collaborate with cross-functional teams on LIVE projects, assisting and contributing in the implementation to the overall success of the project
- Production Support: Collaborate with multiple stakeholders on shop-floor to ensure the production line operates efficiently and meets the quality standards to achieve the output/production targets
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency enhancements within the function/organization
- Quality Assurance: Assist in monitoring and maintaining the highest quality standards in overall product development processes, ensuring products meet safety and performance requirements
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices through ongoing training and self-directed learning
