- Negotiation and persuasion skills are required to work with partners and implement changes
Essential Skills:
- Experience in customer relationship management using highly professional verbal and oral communication skills
- Should be organized and focused on delivering tasks within defined deadlines
- Must be able to prepare user training documents and deliver user trainings
- Should have understanding of business objectives and organization structure

Roles & Responsibilities:-

- Work with other line functions to collect or provide relevant data
- Learns new or existing business solution in SAP MM area based which is in use by the customer business
- Understands or configures, documents and tests business transactions in SAP MM application according to the functional and technical requirements
- Keeps close communication with ABAP development team
- Should be able to understand and gathering requirements for configuration in respective areas to meet the business requirement and enhance business process
- Communicate and coordinate with business users, managers and respective leads to ensure the integration of processes and modules across organization
