- Elaborate Requirements, Design, develop, Unit Test and release high quality code for new and existing products/applications
- Manage all assigned work to have smooth and efficient project delivery.
- Ensure that project module has clear goals and timelines
- Manage communications, providing formal and informal status updates both internally and externally
- Foster a project work environment that promotes productivity, innovation, and fairness
- Clear communication (written and verbal) with team members
- Productivity and Quality improvements
- Proactively work with the team in identifying and overcoming blocking issues at an early stage
- Build good Customer Rapport and improve Customer Satisfaction
