You will be successful in this role if you have:
- BA/BS degree and 0-2 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent- combination of education and experience
What success looks like in this role:
- Gains familiarity with Network Operations concepts, practices and methodologies.
- With guidance, performs standard analytical, project support, user training and/or related duties, including:
- Working with team, business and other stakeholders to gather and consolidate business / functional requirements,
- Assisting with business case and process flow development,
- Assisting with determination of how proposed developments / changes may impact ongoing business operations,
- Determining user readiness and potential training requirements,
- Developing and implementing new feature testing procedures,
- Monitoring feature performance and troubleshooting emerging issues, and
- Supporting quality assurance assessments / evaluations.
- Develops and maintains relevant documentation.
- Gains understanding of and ensures adherence to company standards.
- Develops positive working relationships with relevant teams, vendors and other relevant stakeholders
- Assists with special projects as assigned.
- May provide support on an on-call basis, 24X7.
