Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- 6+ months of Data Management, Business Analysis, Analytics, or Project Management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality, Metadata Management, and Data Lifecycle Management.
- Good understanding of Data Management policies, standards, procedures, and governance frameworks.
- Experience supporting data governance programs, compliance activities, and data quality initiatives across business functions.
- Strong knowledge of data quality management, metadata management, data lineage, master data management (MDM), and governance controls.
- Experience with AI, automation, analytics, and reporting tools such as Alteryx, Power BI, Power Platform, Python, and related technologies.
- Ability to independently manage assigned deliverables and ensure timely, high-quality execution.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and supporting governance and business requirements.
- Good project coordination and organizational skills, including tracking deliverables, risks, and dependencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present data, metrics, and insights effectively.

- Execute and support Data Management and Data Governance activities, ensuring compliance with established policies, standards, procedures, and controls.
- Manage assigned deliverables independently, demonstrating accountability, attention to detail, and commitment to quality and timeliness.
- Support data quality, governance, and compliance initiatives through monitoring, issue identification, analysis, and remediation activities.
- Collaborate effectively with business, technology, and governance stakeholders to gather requirements, resolve issues, and achieve desired outcomes.
