Job Overview:-
- The Client Data Analyst plays a key role in enhancing data accuracy and operational efficiency within the client onboarding lifecycle.
- You will review and refine data collection and verification processes to ensure completeness and accuracy of KYC records before they advance to client-facing teams.
- This role requires strong digital proficiency, exceptional organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while contributing to a risk-aware and high-performing team culture.
Required Qualifications:-
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coach, motivate, and guide teams.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle evolving business priorities and ad-hoc projects.
- Understanding of core banking products and services.
- Experience leading process improvements and organizational change initiatives.
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:-
- Experience in AML, Compliance, Fraud, KYC, or Operational Risk functions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with both mainframe and PC-based systems.
- Prior people-management experience leading high-performing teams.
